These were only worn once or twice and washed. they're really comfortable but too big for me with a girlfriend cut. Intentional distressing at both knees. Waist flat across measures 14 1/2 inches. Images show the cuffs rolled however unrolled the inseam measures 25 inches. Wonderly brand purchased from Belk. great light wash for summer!
