The top is a Chicos size one which is 19 inches pit to pit 24 inches long. The sleeves are 3/4 with fluttering at the end and very pretty black crochet accents no damage no stains. I would say that they are a Chicos 1 to 1.5. The inseam is 31 inches. The pants are lined and the bell is 10 inches.
