Vintage Y2K BCBG MaxAzria Cap Sleeved Unique Summer Dress

This color combination of the dress is gorgeous- Dark and light brown, white, turquoise and tan. I have the dress tied in back but on an XS the tie is long enough to bring in forward again. The reverse side of the tie is solid brown. Never worn. No flaws.
