julie5761 @michelecolleen they are flare. The bottom of leg has slits both sides which would give them more of a flare look when walking. Width at bottom is 8.5 inches. Width at knee is 6 3/4 inches. Slit length at bottom is 5.5 inches.

julie5761 @michelecolleen when I measured the waistline flat, it was 12 1/2 inches without me touching it and then I stretched it to just a little over 15 inches so like 15 1/4 so it had about a 3 inch stretch.
