This is a lovely vintage formal gown from the late 80s - early 90s that was made in the USA by Talbots Maggy London. The outer layer of the dress is made out of a dark blue floral lace. The flowers of the lace have a slight shine to them, and then are edged in metallic gold. The dress is fully lined in dark blue acetate. The dress has long sleeves and a drop waist. The skirt of the dress has a full cut, and the skirt has an attached tulle crinoline to help show off the fullness.
