mayapsmither @amkhoury1224 My apologies. Not a rip. This is the part of the strap that falls off the shoulders and lays in a way where you shouldn’t be able to see it. When I had this dress tailored I believe this is one part they pinned.

mayapsmither @amkhoury1224 The dress length is 50 inches from bust to bottom of dress. For reference I am 5’5 and wore 1.5 inch heels with this. Hope this helps.
