Brand new, lightweight blouse top with fun pink pattern and ruffle sleeves and hem. Lovely, absolutely nothing wrong with it, I'm just never wearing it so it's time it gets a new home. Appears to not wrinkle easily. Neck to hem 21 inches and remeasure after my below answer has 22.5 inches pit to pit.
