NWT Hand sewn sequined skirt from In Linea

This is a pretty eye catching skirt that is NWT from In Linea. It is tagged a US size 10 but please check measurements. Material is 100% Polyester. The sequins have been hand sewn on. There is a bag of extra sequins attached. The sequins are in a number of different shades of tan to dark brown. Skirt is fully lined. There is a hidden zipper partially down the back. Material does not stretch. I do not see any issues. Measurements while skirt is laying flat: -Across waist 15" -Length from top to hem 28"
