Green and pink handmade vintage dress

Green, pink and purple handmade vintage dress. Wide circle skirt that is ultra pleated and twirls like a dream. High neck, puffy sleeves. It seems to be missing a lining on the skirt, so its a little sheer, but its not obvious when the skirt is down. There is a stain on the front of the skirt as well, but again not super noticeable due to the print and pleats. Really fun and pretty statement piece! No tags.
