Blue sapphire and diamond gold plated sterling silver heart pendant

This is an amazing natural / genuine blue sapphire and genuine diamond gold plated sterling silver heart pendant. There is one diamond on the pendant and it tests positive for diamond with the Selector II diamond tester. It is stamped 925 on its back. The chain is 16 inches long with a 2 inch extender chain. In excellent vintage condition.
