shiliu @crystalcolin928 based on the information here: https://www.neimanmarcus.com/category/Sizeguides/SaintLaurentSizeGuide_1028/SaintLaurentSizeGuide_1028.html 38 is us size M but chest measurement is 34.3 which is more conventional US size XS. Hope it helps.
