@b_2001 hi- so tightest across the bottom is 12 inch, loosser about 14 inch, but it is super stretchy and can be extended further, widest point is 17 across, top of the strap to bottom of the shirt is about 15 inch. i will post a pic with it on, my measurements are like 40 inch bust, 31 inch waist
