This blouse is in excellent condition. It is lightweight and great for the spring or summer. The shirt is button up, has a fun front ruffle, bell/wide (at the bottom) sleeves, and a tie/cinch waist. Since the blouse is lightweight, you may choose to wear a camisole or tank underneath. It isn’t totally sheer but is a thinner, summery material. It is approximately 28” long and 21.5” across the chest. There are no defects and comes from a smoke-feee home.
