lizz333 @ccnevinHi- Btw, I have tje side toggle elastics pulled all the way in tje pictures for the jacket to be Tighter at the waist for me, but tje jacket can be more of a straight, looser waist if you don't pull the adjustable Toggles. Lmk if you have any other questions, thanks!
