This gorgeous sheer silk pleated skirt has 3 layers of long, 2 with taffeta at the bottom. Cotton voile is the bottom layer. 24” waist, 41” length. Size 2 or 4, this was from sample size collection of LA designer Richard Tyler. There are no tags as it was just for a fashion show.
