Gathered draped front Double tiered bottom Short sleeves (bit a longer version) I’m not sure what to call it but the dress is one tone excellent there’s a print design that has more sheen to it but is the same color. Matching fabric belt. Vintage 6. Fits more like a 4 Darted.
