Cinched waist - super comfortable! Includes fabulous skinny red patent leather belt (which can be removed). Dress is missing one belt loop (see pics) and is pullover style (no zipper). Tag says Size 12 but this is a versatile dress given the style, so it fits more like 8-10-12.
