What's the measurement to the braided waist from shoulders?

@ecb2587 it is 15" from the seam on the top at the outer edge of the sleeve to the bottom of the braided band. It's just over 16" from that top seam where it meets the braiding at the neck to the bottom of the braided band. I hope that makes sense!
