First - you accused us of selling fake bags which is completely not true as we have a thorough authentication process. Second - you had issues wearing the bag as a crossbody bag and demanded compensation which we obliged.

We also have additional videos and pictures of the bag, and we do not see any of the "damages" that you are claiming. You keep trying to make us pay for the differences.
