Jurassic World floral culotte, tie waist shorts

Good, used condition. Fun print with wide leg openings, tie waist, and zip closure. Only visible defect is the tag in the bottom hem was cut off, see photo. I also believe they may have been shrunk. They are a small medium. I included pictures with the measuring tape so you can see. I thrifted these so I don’t know the history. Top is about 12”. A few inches below the waist us 14”. Side seam is 13” so I think they’d be short! Smoke free, Labrador-friendly home.
