Hi. Hard to tell I pictures- is the leather smooth on either side of the zipper? Are there rough spots? Just looks it I. The picture, but again, hard with not seeing in person. Ty for your patience!

Hi, the hardware that secures strap to the bag keeps popping off and tonight the inside screw piece disappeared. Can you send a link to the hardware so I can purchase to fix it? Otherwise I can't wear the bag. :-(
