babsy212 @ks90012 good morning , unfortunately I have left for work . I can get you measurements when I’m home this evening . All zippers work ! I don’t have a garage coat is kept in my coat closet with all my others . No rips stains or smells . It is a nice coat in great condition I am only selling because I have too many and I am retiring soon and moving to a year round warm climate . I will be in touch with measurements later this evening . Thank you for your interest .

babsy212 Hi , PTP is 21” and shoulder to bottom is 27” And yes it is machine washable . I always wash it zipped up and inside out and of course with the hood removed . Any more questions let me know .
