Black and white printed mini skirt with flounce hem and built-in shorts

Love this little skirt that goes with anything!! There is rouching on the back that makes the booty pop. This was a thrift find with no tags. Size estimate is a small brand unknown. This fits me and my measurements are: Waist-26" Hips-37.5" There is a bit of extra room in the waist, so if you are 27" this would work for you.
