Reformation leather upcycled reworked leather mini skirt XS/S 90s western Y2K

Incredible vintage 90s skirt that was reworked by ref to add a slit. Shows wear consistent to age. Skirt is lined. Size XS/S which prob best fits a size 2 waist measured flat is 12.8"--it does have some give/stretch b/c it's leather. I have a 27" waist and it fits me fine! 14" length in the front, 15" in the back (so it covers your butt a bit more)
