I would take the $40 except for the fact that my daughter reminded me that that dress really does not have another one like it online. that one is vintage, it is an amazing brand that has been gone for a long time. BUT the dress is in perfect condition. SO $50 would be extremely reasonable. I hope you accept my counter offer of $50
