jolene0882 @noelle0128 To cancel a sale: In the app Click on your Account Tab (@username). Select My Sales. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Cancel Order. Select the reason for cancellation to complete your request.

noelle0128 I heard from someone here before that the buyer & seller get charge for cancellation but I’m not sure if that’s current right now. I have to ask them on their live right now.
