Beautiful royal blue dress with a zippered back. Belt detailing on the front is flattering at the waist. The skirt is very flowy, and has room for a petticoat underneath for a different look. Would be great for a special event or a night out! Only worn once then dry cleaned. It has been kept in the cleaners bag ever since.
