With slightly dropped side belt loops, this skirt has a front zip closure with an inner button tab. The double-woven cotton/wool/poly blend fabric has a sturdy hand and is a rich golden cream with a dark charcoal print. 16” flat waist (undrawn), with the belt loops being positioned 1.5” below the top edge of the skirt so the reversible belt can be drawn and tied at the waist for a paper bag effect. Though the overall length from the top edge is 19.5”, when belted at the natural waistline, it is actually 18” long accounting for the slightly dropped belt loops and the stand waist.
