@sapnakapur according to the size chart it will be a little tight at the chest for you since S size is 33.5 to 34.5 in waist should not be a problem..you can consider the other Express shirt which is Size M..it is Black with Red dots on it ..I have uploaded the size chart for both shirts on Poshmark
