New with tags- never worn. Forever 21 lightweight waffle knit sweater top with wide neckline (not quite a boat neckline) and batwing, banded cuff sleeves. Very stretchy, relaxed loose fit. The back of sweater has a center seam. No holes or snags. For some reason the print on the fabric care label appears faded. Size small but could easily fit medium and possibly a large because there is no defined bust due to the batwing sleeves. Not quite a crop top, but appears shorter than average sweater.
