J C Penney medium skirt type garter with 6 garters; comes with stylish thigh high size average light beige nylons. The thwaist measures 24 inches measured flat and will stretch to 30 inches; the hips measure 29 inches measured flat and will stretch to 35 inches. The stretch on this is still very tight so took a good pull to stretch that far. The length from waist to hem is 12.5 inches.
