This two-in-one moisturizing toner deeply hydrates & balances the skin. Its unique hybrid formula is infused with apricot oil & soybean extract to protect & replenish the skin’s moisture barrier from dryness.
The pH balancing toner helps improve skin tone & texture & allows for better absorption of skincare products that follow. Milkdew can either be used alone to tone or moisturize, or incorporated into a complete routine.
If skin feels dehydrated, double layer. Wait one minute between layers to allow product to fully absorb.

Thank you for asking! To answer your question ; my listed prices are set according to what i've paid for the product + a couple dollars of profit & minus the 20%. I accept offers more often than not:)
Unfortunately products can`t be the same as regular retail prices due to taxes, & delivery costs that are not included until purchased, So in the end it would cost more.
Also just to clarify all my products are Brand new & Unused!
