This dress is adorable, I just don’t love it on me. The sleeves are fluffed a little and the elastic on the waist isn’t horribly tight! since it’s only connected at one section it would be easy to wear this at whatever length your comfortable at as well. Worn once to a party for three hours and got a lot of compliments
