The pendant has a snap closure on the back to remove pearl gemstone to replace with another( none available only pearl here)x. It’s Hallmarked .925 on back. Not sure of pearl being real or faux. The base will accommodate most chains just not too thick. It most likely will look best with a long dainty chain or cord. See pictures for more information & measurements. It’s a sweet little pendant.
