Reposhing this item I purchased from @abigailnyc. Love everything about it but need a different size! It’s a generous size 4, with beautiful blue cotton overlay and fully lined. It has such a fun twirl factor with the circle cut and flare/pleated seam at the waist line. This would be the perfect skirt for so many occasions! :) Excellent used condition, looks brand new.
