Noreen Fashion Pink Vintage Hat

This cutie has some flaws, so let’s get those out of the way first! Her netting is a bit of a ripped mess, so that needs some sprucing, pruning, or replacing! 😉 Also there are a couple of tiny stains (see pics) which I have NOT attempted to remove.
