@juliekvintage thanks for asking and your interest. depends on what you mean by law I gave the flat measurement with the waist laying relaxed 15 stretched it's 29. so almost 30 in. and the waist is pretty much the only measurement you have to worry about.

Not a hip measurement. because it's a circle skirt there really is no hip... it flares out from the waist. this is a waist measurement. flat, unstretched waist measurement is 15 stretched is 29-not overstretched

but those measurements are doubled all the way around? im confused
so its 30 inches around at its smallest?

@juliekvintage oh I apologize I'm so sorry. I have made it confusing.
The flat measurement with the waist relaxed and skirt just laying there is 15 in.
So all the way around & not stretched is 30-31 (just sits on the waistl).
Stretched out to its most stretched point flat is 18. So on the waist it is max 36 in.
I hope that's not even more confusing. what I'll do is I'll add a photograph with the tape measure laying on the flat waistband both stretched and unstretched
