kimstasia15 Not having the strap doesn't make it a NWT if it's a satchel. That's how I see it. you bought an item with a missing strap that goes with the unique colors of the purse?! You lowest price is not rational. I can get a NWT satchel and it will come with the strap, dust bag, etc.
