As you know, one of the appeals of the D&B Florentine satchel is that with time, the leather gets softer and the purse looks even better. This purse is in excellent condition. The leather is in the process of softening. The leather & stitching on the handles and strap is in excellent condition. This is Black Italian Florentine Leather Zipper closure Adjustable, removable strap. Strap to drop length:19” Handle drop length:4.5” 2lbs 20 oz H 9.5" x W 6.5" x L 14" Two inside pockets/ cell phone pocket Key hook Lined. The lining has a small stain from lotion that opened. There are no rips. Feet on the bottom to protect the leather. Last picture is for reference and it is not my purse. No smoking/no pet home
