Vintage from the early 90's, this pin was worn by those in the Space & Missile Defense Command of the Targets and Countermeasures Program, a special ops unit of the Department of Defense. Their mission was to design, develop and build realistic ballistic target vehicles and payloads for testing our missile defense system.
