Summer dress. Vintage-ish. Ties around the neck. Built in bra. Accentuates a thin waist and torso and is very flattering. Love the geometric pattern, too. Excellent used condition. I am a 2-4, and it fits me, but I must warn you, the torso area of this dress is small.
