Vintage fringed suede maxi skirt

Tag says size 12 but definitely fits smaller. Please refer to measurements. Has a couple tiny spots that I’ve tried to capture in the photos. Is missing one of the fringes. This is a gorgeous skirt and I would definitely be keeping but sadly is too small.
