Like new (worn once) velvet wiggle dress! Flattering ruffle across the top and stretch for comfort. The tag says 2X/18, but definitely runs a little small and would best fit a 14-16/1x in my opinion. Elegant and perfect for anyone looking for a bit of vintage glam!
