This is a cute & colorful dress that has never been worn! It has a gathered elastic waist with a tie. There are functional buttons down the front, but they don’t need to be unbuttoned when putting in.(at least for me). The sleeves are short flutter sleeves. The neckline and sleeves are trimmed with lace. Very lightweight! Armpit to armpit is 24 inches and length is 38 inches. The waist laying flat is 19 1/2 inches.
