Donna Morgan Black/multi 1-piece party dress. Soft Velveteen top and flouncy satin style skirt. I purchased the belt separately but it needs to be glued or stitched in some places (see photos). Measures approx. 16.5” from armpit to armpit, 17” from shoulder to waist and 24 from waist to hem.
