pj33love I have many lab created gemstones and they are not synthetic. They have the exact same properties as the earth mined gemstones . The only difference is that lab created stones are usually flawless. The majority of my jewelry are natural gemstones mined in Africa. The white sapphire earrings are real sapphires created in a lab environment.
