Modernist Art Deco Bakelite & Chrome Brooch Pin

This unusual Bakelite brooch pin has a beautiful modernist simplicity about it. It adds an understated flair to any outfit. I found that when I wore it, it was often a conversation piece. This is in good vintage condition. The Bakelite is decorated with 4 chrome bands. Brooch has its original findings inset on the back. This has the perfect form, color, & proportions to pin on a light-colored jacket/blazer lapel. I took photos showing the minor flaws & patina that often come with buying vintage items.
