From top of strap to bottom 24inches. Bag itself is 11.5 14.5 inches and 4.5 inches deep. I will attach a picture of the serial number.

@newkirkyaya I do not find any stains on the outside but there are 2 scuffs. I added 2 additional pictures to show them better. The inside lining has a liquid spill stain.
