Vintage 80s Leslie Fay Neck Tie Blouse

Striped long sleeve blouse with a tie neck. The quintessential office blouse in the 80s. Fabric content tag is unreadable, but it feels and appears to be 100% polyester. It looks like the bottom hem has been taken up with a blind stitch hem. It could easily be removed.
