The material has some give so it could also fit a smaller size 8.I have worn it 2 or 3 times and taken really great care of it ( the dress has a very little snag that I pictured and took a video of , it’s not very noticeable) it comes from a smoke free and pet free home and stored in a garment bag to protect the color .
